Jeanann Grubbs

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jeanann has spent the last decade leading innovative marketing efforts at several award-winning agencies, including TBWA\Chiat\Day and David & Goliath. After leading projects for Nissan, including the Grand Prix winning program, GT Academy, she managed the Social Media efforts for three consecutive Super Bowl campaigns for Kia. From there, she founded Hour One, intending to offer scalable marketing solutions to brands and agencies of all sizes.

Meg Stewart

Partner, Head of Talent & Sports

Meg heads up the Hour One Talent & Sports division, launched in early 2020. This division expands our footprint in the talent space and focuses on strategically connecting brands with top tier talent. Meg's experience is pulled from her years at Bad Robot, CAA, A&A Management Group and Select Management Group, providing her with well-rounded expertise in entertainment, production, business development, talent management, and sports marketing. Meg brings elite and exciting talent options ranging from influencers to athletes to Hour One.

Mikki Krause

Social & Design Manager

Mikki leads the Social Media channels for Hour One's clients, from creating assets to the strategy, management, and paid media side. She excelled quickly in Graphic Design at a very young age working at many companies in her hometown in Oregon before moving to Los Angeles to join Hour One. She's the savvy, go-to team member at Hour One for all things in Digital, Social, and New Media.

Nick Uhas

Producer & Creator

Nick is both a digital content creator and producer. He began creating, producing, and hosting in his own digital content channel called Nickipedia - science-based, educational videos found on his YouTube channel. Nick joined Hour One in 2016 as a producer, influencer, and content creator. He focuses on bringing new, fresh, up & coming influencer partnerships to Hour One's clients and innovative, savvy production approaches to our digital content.

Alex Tafreshi

Director of Photography

Photographer & filmmaker, Alex is a content creator at his core. From branded content & music videos, to personal and product photography, Alex brings your vision to life while making your life easier throughout the process. A true collaborator and equipped maker, there isn’t a project he can’t deliver.


Abby Lewis-Evans

Co-Founder & Business Development

After a decade at leading agencies from LA to NYC, Abby co-founded Hour One, tapping into a new agency model centered around speed, culture and efficiencies. Abby worked at TBWA\Chiat\Day for over 5 years on the Visa and Nissan global business - including iconic campaigns for the 2008 Visa Olympics. She is also an agency veteran of leading agencies including SapientNitro and Grey. Abby leads operations and business development at Hour One.

Brandon Garnsey

Jr. Social Media Strategist

Brandon graduated from Chapman University in 2020 with a degree in Journalism. He has joined the Hour One team as a Jr. Social Social Media Strategist helping bring ideas, strategies and his social savviness to Hour One's clients and creators. He is also assistant to Hour One's creator and producer, Nick Uhas.

Austin Emery

Head of Strategy 

Austin has spent the majority of his career working in the influencer marketing space with world class brands. He started his career at a reputable startup agency that sold to Disney, where he then established their cross-division influencer strategy. After leaving Disney, Austin went onto work at other industry leading companies, including BEN Labs and CreatorIQ where he further made a name for himself in the space working with global brands and top talent. With a wide range of experience across the marketing industry, he's now bringing all of his expertise together at the intersection of brands, tech and marketing to help deliver the best possible campaigns to talent.
