El Segundo, CA. Hour One named lead agency for organic Orange County grocery store chain, Mother’s Market & Kitchen.
Mother’s Market was founded in 1978 by a group of yoga enthusiasts consisting of friends and family, who couldn’t find a place that carried vegetarian foods and related lifestyle products they searched for. They decided to join their resources and talent to provide the community with a natural foods market and restaurant not available elsewhere. What began in 2,500 square feet in Costa Mesa has grown into 8 Southern California locations and growing.
“Mother’s, a pioneer in the natural and organic food movement in southern California, was and continues to be a labor of love,” says Deborah Rubino, daughter of one of the founders and leader of the company until his passing in 2015, Bruce Macgurn. “With health, wellness and an increased focus on organic and Non-GMO foods seeing exponential growth, Mother’s is authentically positioned to deliver its superior quality standards to more people in the communities she serves. It’s an important time for our marketing efforts.”
Hour One will oversee Strategy, Creative, Production and Media.
