Jeanann Grubbs has spent the last decade leading innovative marketing efforts at several award-winning agencies including TBWA\Chiat\Day and David & Goliath. After leading projects for Nissan, including the Grand Prix winning program, GT Academy, she went on to manage the Social Media efforts for three consecutive Super Bowl campaigns for Kia. From there she founded Hour One with the goal to offer scaleable marketing solutions to brands and agencies of all sizes.

Prior to becoming the Chief Creative Officer at Hour One, Raphael was part of the ideation of some of the most award winning marketing campaigns. These creative campaigns not only brought success to his agencies but more importantly to his clients from around the globe. His work has been recognized over 200 times across all major international award shows including: Cannes Lions, The One Show, D&AD, The Clio Awards, The Art Directors Club and beyond. He has also served on a number of international award show jury panels. As Chief Creative Officer, he oversees all creative efforts for agency clients as well as all new business initiatives. When Raphael is not creating, you can find him catching waves in the ocean, where his heart is at home.
