Hour One Announces New Partnership with Sourtooth @ Yamashiro

Hour One will help launch the revolutionary new, non-alcoholic bar opening in the famous Yamashiro restaurant in Hollywood. The concept comes from Adam Fleischman - Founder & Creator of Umami Burger and 800 Degrees Pizza.

The entire cocktail bar experience will be updated for those in search of stellar non-alcoholic beverages served with style and panache, based on the Pinnacle Potions line of modern shrubs and mixers. Examples include craft mimosas using house-made orange - sage potions, gin and tonics using Seedlip non-alcoholic spirits, and the Japanese Tea Ceremony - a ceremonial-grade matcha and yuzu cocktail. Guests will have the option to add various beneficial extras to their drinks, including adaptogens, nutraceuticals, and energizing supplements.

The goal is to offer a creative nightlife experience centered around carefully crafted drinks with various supplements and health benefits, and without the necessity (or next-day headache!) of alcohol.

Adam Fleischman’s accompanying food menu, dubbed MeatTooth, will feature plant-based comfort foods such as the next level “chick’n” sandwich, savory burgers, and purple Japanese sweet potato balls. The menu will be affordable and the perfect accompaniment to the SourTooth cocktail menu.

The SourTooth pop-up will launch at the historical Yamashiro Hollywood in a completely re-imagined “Japanese Bohemian” wing of the restaurant. Table and bar seating is available with legendary west-facing views of our beloved City of Angels.
